By purchasing any ticket, pass, package, or service (“Ticket”) for BikeKite Fest 2026 (the “Event”)
through www.liveworkplayindr.com or any affiliated platform, you (“Purchaser” or “Attendee”) agree to

All payments made to Live Work Play LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as
expressly stated herein.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Personal schedule changes
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Weather conditions
• Illness, injury, or medical emergencies
• Failure to attend the Event
• Changes to Event programming

Refunds may only be considered if the Event is fully canceled by the Organizer.
If applicable:
• Refunds shall be limited to the face value of the ticket only
• Processing fees, service fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable
• Organizer may offer credits or rescheduling options in lieu of refunds

Live Work Play LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its control, including
but not limited to: Acts of God, weather, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, labor
disputes, or civil unrest.
In such cases, the Organizer may modify, postpone, or cancel the Event without obligation to refund.

Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee for safety, rule violations, or
disruptive behavior.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Assumption of Risk

• Kitesurfing, cycling, and recreational activities

• Travel or accommodation expenses
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Purchaser.

Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
